Tirzepatide Monthly Program
Glitzy offers a free consultation and intake before scheduling you with our Nurse Practitioner. This brief 15-30 min appointment we will go over health history to verify there are no glaring contradictions for treatment. The tele-health appointment with the Nurse Practitioner will include a consultation, answer any questions you may have and determine eligibility. There is no guarantee of treatment upon scheduling either appointment. Our Nurse Practitioner will closely monitor your monthly progress and adjust dosing accordingly. ALL monthly plans include:
-Bio-Boost Lipo-C weekly injections if needed for extra energy, as well as vitamin B6 Injections for optimal wellness

Nicole has been a healthcare professional for over 12 years, and for the past four years, she’s been working as a board-certified family nurse practitioner, focusing on weight loss and hormone replacement management. She absolutely loves helping her patients reach their health goals and improve their overall quality of life—it’s one of the most rewarding parts of her job! Her healthcare journey started with two Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Nursing, followed by a Master’s in Family Medicine. Now, she’s diving deeper into the connection between mental and physical health by pursuing a postgraduate degree in Psych/Mental Health, believing that true well-being comes from balancing both mind and body. Originally from Pennsylvania, Nicole has been enjoying life in Denver for the past six years, sharing her home with her dog Lux, and two cats, Oliver and Olaf. When she’s not busy working or studying, she loves catching live music, going to comedy shows, exploring new restaurants, and hiking the beautiful trails nearby.
