Refund Policy: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. No refunds on opened or used products. There are no refunds on gift cards or packages purchased. All service sales are final

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS (LESS THAN 12 HOURS) are subject to no show policy.

******* 24 hours is required for cancellations and 100% of service appointments will be charged of cancellation or no-show occurs. No exceptions. Note that we will keep your credit card information on file for all appointment bookings.

If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or if you do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, as outlined in this agreement.

We understand that unexpected events occur, however, failing to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in the full service cost being charged to your credit card. Our employees allocate special time for each client and without a 24-hour notice, we are unable to fill the appointment slot.
