Tirzepatide & Semaglutide Monthly Program
Glitzy offers a free consultation and intake before scheduling you with our Nurse Practitioner. This brief 15-30 min appointment we will go over health history to verify there are no glaring contradictions for treatment. The tele-health appointment with the Nurse Practitioner will include a consultation, answer any questions you may have and determine eligibility. There is no guarantee of treatment upon scheduling either appointment. Our Nurse Practitioner will closely monitor your monthly progress and adjust dosing accordingly. ALL monthly plans include:
-Bio-Boost Lipo-C weekly injections if needed for extra energy, as well as vitamin B6 Injections for optimal wellness
